    Cancellation Policy

    Scheduling and Cancellation policy. Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment. A 50% deposit is required for scheduling any appointment with Le Reve Rittenhouse Day Spa. The deposit goes toward that appointment. Late cancellations or no shows are non-refundable. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours before your appointment.

    **SPA FINDER/SPA WELLNESS/GROUPONS: Only available to book Monday- Friday (No Weekends) **Please let the Receptionist know when booking that you are using a Spa Finder or Groupon.
