Cancellation Policy
Scheduling and Cancellation policy. Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment. A 50% deposit is required for scheduling any appointment with Le Reve Rittenhouse Day Spa. The deposit goes toward that appointment. Late cancellations or no shows are non-refundable. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours before your appointment.
** All the appointments scheduled past 7 pm will have an additional $35 charge PER PERSON as a LATE SPA FEE and the payment will be processed in full before the appointment. **
